I think the basics of evening customer service is to make customers feel comfortable when they leave. As I was listening, I also thought that the story was unreasonable, but the shop owner unilaterally doubted and criticized a customer's story, and the customer left in anger. It was like a fight between two children. With this, no matter how nice the atmosphere inside the store is, the service has to be given the lowest score. I can't recommend it in terms of time efficiency. Everyone, let's value our time and money. 😓😤😰

夜の接客の基本はお客様に気持ち良くお帰り戴くことではないでしょうか。聞いていて私も話に無理があると思いましたが、店主があるお客の話を一方的に疑い非難し、お客は怒って帰ってしまいました。まるで、子供と子供の喧嘩みたいでした。これではいくら店内の雰囲気が素敵でも、サービスは最低の点数を付けなくてはなりませんね。時間の効率を考えたら決してお勧め出来ません。皆さん、時間とお金を大事にしましょうね。😓😤😰
