I think the basics of evening customer service is to make customers feel comfortable when they leave. As I was listening, I also thought that the story was unreasonable, but the shop owner unilaterally doubted and criticized a customer's story, and the customer left in anger. It was like a fight between two children. With this, no matter how nice the atmosphere inside the store is, the service has to be given the lowest score.
