僅集結了健壯型或體育會型的壯碩體格同志發展場。入場時會檢查身體，沒鍛鍊身體者或極纖瘦者無法入場。此外，每天都會舉辦活動，活動現場可免費借內褲。而且入場時在櫃台只要寫下身高/體重/年齡，便可折抵100日圓，這一點相當推薦。

❷拿取毛巾和當天活動的內褲
❸到指定的衣櫃號碼處更衣（衣櫃以鑰匙開啟） ※鞋子放進櫃子裡
❹在櫃台拿衣櫃鑰匙
❺以鑰匙開關衣櫃。回去之前自己保管衣櫃鑰匙
❻回去時先更衣，將衣櫃打開並至櫃台歸還衣櫃鑰匙

店內面積不是很大，因為是裝修過的房子，但是顧客的素質非常好。我認為在性愛巡航中，它在質量方面是最好的。店內燈光不太暗也不太亮，可以看到彼此的臉。星期幾還有一個活動，我認為主人正在考慮它，因為它更色情。人滿為患，週末要等入場，所以如果你不知道去哪裡，就去K-1吧！ !!
I arrived at K1 at 6pm, not having expected much as it was a Monday, but I eventually had a very good experience there. The receptionist was an old but very respectful man. He didn’t ask to see what my body was like, so I just paid 1200 yen as a regular customer. But after I had got undressed, he gave me a refund of 200 yen, saying that was because I looked well trained. The place was pretty small but clean and tidy. There were just about 5 other guys there when I arrived, all at their 20-30s and looked fit. But everyone was just going around without any actual actions. Half an hour later, more guys came and we started the fun time at an open bunk. There were guys from different nationalities: Thai, Indonesian, Singaporean, Viet.. and they were very engaging. I do recommend this place if you are looking for a good cruising spot with friendly staff and proactive guys.
