Red Line 渋谷

I only had a few days in Tokyo and contacted Red Line for a massage. They responded quickly and a schedule was made for the same evening. My original choices were unavailable and we finally agreed on a masseur but a different one arrived at the last minute. It is not a problem with me as I am unfamiliar with all of them but I was certainly not disappointed when Masato showed up. He was very apologetic for making me wait although I was actually early because I was going to travel in a location they provided. Masato spoke some English and had a very lively personality. He was fine with the massage and would increase pressure as needed. We were actually chatting through most of the two hours and he was very accommodating of requests. He may have been a last minute switch but no complaints from me. Thanks Masato.

The person who makes the arrangement by the name Take is super rude, responds very slowly, and then sent someone completely couldn't meet my expectations. I sent over what I wanted to him in both English and Japanese two days in advance and yet he sent someone who came 30mins late and who's completely not what I asked for. I planned my whole day around this and I am leaving Japan tomorrow, so this Take has completely ruined my mood, my night, and my last memory of Japan. Throughout the process, this Take Guy did not even apologize! Oh my God! Be advised and run! Spend your money elsewhere!
