Bar PROP

Master Bunta seems to be a former bartender, and he is particular about alcohol. I went there for the first time and asked for a highball, but when asked what I wanted to do and said that I would like to use Jinbeam, he chose a brand and made a highball. The special thin glass is prepared separately from the one for beer, so you can see the attention to detail.

マスターの文太さんは元バーテンダーだったらしく、お酒にこだわりアリ。自分は初めて行ってハイボールを頼んだのですが、なににするか尋ねられ適当にジンビームでいいやとか言ってたら、ちゃん銘柄選んでハイボールをつくってくれました。専用のうすはりグラスがビール用とは別に用意されているなど細部へのこだわりが目に見えます。
