There is no shower, and it is a quick system with a small number of private rooms. I went on a weekday afternoon and there were quite a few people. It was great to be involved with three people at once because it was a dog with a special scale. Basically no back. It's a little cold, so wear a jacket and adjust. People with bad knees may find it difficult as there are stairs. I want to go again.
