The shop is open as of December 2022. Regular holidays are Mondays and Tuesdays. From Wednesday to Sunday it opens at 18:00. Customers range from 30s to 80s, but I get the impression that most of them are over 50. There is also the influence of corona, but it is crowded with visitors from outside the prefecture.
